study visa and study in Australia

Student visa applicants from India, Nepal and Bhutan are required to undergo a Pre-Visa Assessment (PVA).

Application
Persons wishing to study in Australia should apply on form 157A and pay the current visa application charge.

Documentation to submit with your application:
  1. Four recent passport-style photographs for each applicant
  2. Supplementary Questionnaire to Form 157A
  3. Completed 'details of relatives' form
  4. IELTS test results
  5. Changes to the student visa regulations require varying evidence of funds dependent on the subclass of student visa applied for. Applicants should show funds and (income that support these funds) enough to cover, course fee, and living costs in Australia (AUD 12,000 pa) as well as amounts covering other family members. For details relating to the specific financial evidentiary requirements for each subclass.
  6. All original education documents including all mark sheets for Degrees
  7. Affidavit of support from the person providing financial support
  8. For applicants below 18 years of age, details of arranged guardianship in Australia plus an affidavit from the student's parents agreeing to the guardianship arrangement
  9. Bank statement from the person(s) providing support outlining transactions for the past 6 months

Processing Times
Student applicants should lodge applications no more than 3 months and at least 8 weeks before course commencement dates. Some applications take longer to process. Students may be asked to undertake further medicals and some delays may be experienced due to the need to verify bank or education documents. Nepalese and Bhutanese applicants need to take into account the time taken for documents and letters to be sent and received by the Visa Office.

To be granted a student visa you will need
  1. complete relevant parts of the visa application form and lodge it along with
    1. a copy of your letter of offer or Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE)
    2. supporting documentation specified in the appropriate booklet from the Temporary Entry: Overseas Students series, and
    3. payment of the visa application charge.
  2. satisfy the student visa requirements
Major changes to Australia's student visa assessment procedures came into effect on 1 July 2001 to streamline visa processing. The restructured student visa programme replaces the gazetted/non-gazetted country arrangement and the Special Entry Arrangements for PRC students. The Student (Temporary) Visa now has:
    1. visa sub-classes: for each education sector You should apply under the visa sub-class for your principal course of study.
    2. country assessment levels (CAL): Each education sector in each country is ranked according to four assessment levels.
    3. evidentiary standards: These visa requirements include English language proficiency and are increasingly stringent from CAL 1 through to CAL 4.
    4. electronic confirmation of enrolment (eCoE): The only accepted evidence of enrolment for processing student visa applications.

Generally, an international student is issued a multiple entry visa for the duration of their study course in Australia. This allows you to travel backwards and forwards to Australia within the period for which it has been granted. Members of your immediate family (spouse and unmarried dependent children under 18 years of age) may accompany you to Australia and will be considered in the same visa class as yourself. If you wish to extend your stay in Australia for further study you will need to lodge an application for a further visa.

Australian Quarantine Regulations
Australian quarantine is needed to keep out exotic pests and diseases that could affect native plants and animals, human health, agricultural industries and our environment. This role is undertaken by the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS). Visit the AQIS website for information in a range of foreign languages on what you cannot bring into Australia and what your family and friends at home cannot send to you through the mail.

About Belarussian Visa
Visa to Belarus Beltourist welcomes you to Belarus. We hope that you will enjoy staying in our country.

If you are not a citizen of Cuba, Northern Korea, Serbia and Montenegro, Macedonia, Vietnam and Mongolia, the CIS (except for Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan) - for entrance to Belarus you need a Belarussian visa.

  study in Belarus

The procedure of obtaining Belarussian visa is simple though it demands some expenses and physical efforts. Besides it is important to avoid problems frequently unexpected for foreigners. They could find them at Belarusian Embassies, at the borders or inside the country. Read all the information about visa obtaining, registration, customs regulations in the bottom of this page.

In most cases to receive any kind of Belarusian visas you will need an invitation or a voucher, the passport, valid within 6 months, back tickets and the medical insurance for the whole term of staying in the country.

The Belarusian visa can be obtained in consular establishments of the Republic of Belarus. Since 2002 you may get Belarusian visa on arrival to the National Airport "Minsk-2";, but only if you have all documents with you.

Consular establishments of Belarus issue the following kinds of visa: tourist, business, private, transit, for work, for study, for a constant residence.

Our company renders a qualified visa support for obtaining tourist visa for all our clients applying for a Personal Tour, or Group Tour , or any other kind of tour . We believe that it is the best type of visa for all short-term (less than 30 days) travel to Belarus. The services are provided by the leading travel agencies in Belarus.

Visa Requirements

Belarusian visa is issued in 5 working days, there is also a possibility to get it urgently (during 48 hours) by paying double fee. Normal fee for Belarusian private or business single visa can vary from 40 to 80 USD. Visas for children under 16 are issued free of charge, visa processing fee can be levied in this case by certain Belarusian embassies or consulates.

On arrival by the Consular office in the National airport Minsk the fees are:
in case no consulate or embassy of Belarus is established in the country of residence:

Belarusian tourist visas are issued upon presentation of the original of the tourist voucher received from Belbride Travel.

To get a visa for private purposes foreigner has to present the invitation issued for a Belarusian resident by his local passport and visa office. The original invitation should be handed over to the embassy/consulate or Consular office at the National airport in this case, any fax or photocopy is excluded. History
According to Fijian legend, the great chief Lutunasobasoba led his people across the seas to the new land of Fiji. Most authorities agree that people came into the Pacific from Southeast Asia via the Malay Peninsula. Here the Melanesians and the Polynesians mixed to create a highly developed society long before the arrival of the Europeans.

The European discoveries of the Fiji group were accidental. The first of these

discoveries was made in 1643 by the Dutch explorer, Abel Tasman and English navigators, including Captain James Cook who sailed through in 1774, and made further explorations in the 18th century.

Major credit for the discovery and recording of the islands went to Captain William Bligh who sailed through Fiji after the mutiny on the Bounty in 1789.

The first Europeans to land and live among the Fijians were shipwrecked sailors and runaway convicts from the Australian penal settlements. Sandalwood traders and missionaries came by the mid 19th century.

Cannibalism practiced in Fiji at that time quickly disappeared as missionaries gained influence. When Ratu Seru Cakobau accepted Christianity in 1854, the rest of the country soon followed and tribal warfare came to an end.

From 1879 to 1916 Indians came as indentured labourers to work on the sugar plantations. After the indentured system was abolished, many stayed on as independent farmers and businessmen. Today they comprise 43.6 per cent of the population.

Religion
A multi-racial, multi-cultural nation, Fiji is represented by all the major religions of the world. This is quickly obvious to the visitor who will see Christian churches, Mosques, Sikh and Hindu temples in towns and the countryside. More than half of Fiji’s population are Christians (52.9%), Hindus (38.1%), Muslim (7.8%), Sikhs (0.7%), Others (0.5%).

Language
English is the lingua franca, but Fijian and Hindi are also taught in schools as part of the school curriculum. Indigenous Fijians have their own dialects and you can tell where one comes from, from their dialect. Indians too have their own, and generally speak a distinctive Fiji-Hindi dialect. This is not the same as the one spoken in India.

A Hungarian tourist visa may be issued for single, double or multiple entries, however, the maximum duration of time spent visiting Hungary remains the same.

Hungary also issues an airport transfer visa and a separate Hungarian transfer visa which permits the holder to enter Hungary as part of on onward journey for no more than five days.

WHY STUDY IN IRELAND?
Ireland has a long and honourable tradition in education. As a result of a sustained investment in this area Ireland now has one of the highest educational participation rates in the world - 81% of Irish students complete second-level and approx 50% go on to higher education. This dynamic, educated population has made its mark at home and abroad with international companies looking to Ireland for hiring graduates for top notch positions. Education is considered a fundamental right under the Irish constitution. In recent years the focus has expanded to include pre-school

education and adult and further education as the concept of lifelong learning becomes reflected in the education opportunities available within the Irish education system.

ADMISSION IN IRELAND
The third-level education is highly competitive in Ireland. Students compete for entry based on results achieved in the Irish Leaving Certificate Examination. Students are graded on their six best subjects scores. Entry requirements for courses may vary from year to year, depending on the number of places available and the number of applicants, thus there exists a great deal of competition for the more sought after programs.

Overseas students wishing to study in Ireland have two options:
  1. Attend upper secondary school in Ireland and complete the Leaving Certificate Examination with Irish students. This route is chosen by a number of students who commonly take the examination in conjunction with English language tuition.
  2. Undertake recognized public examinations in their own countries. This is a more common route and it is essential that every applicant check that the educational qualifications she/he is presenting are adequate to satisfy entry requirements. To have a realistic prospect these results should be very good, e.g. for medicine 3 good 'A' Level passes (grades A/B) or the equivalent, in relevant subjects are required. The minimum requirement for most degree level programs is 3 grade 'C's at A level or equivalent. If there is any doubt about the acceptability of an applicant's qualifications, clarification should be sought in good time from the particular third level institution.

As English is the language of instruction at all Irish Institutions of higher education, students must demonstrate a proficiency in English to be accepted for a third level program. Generally, the required minimum score in TOEFL is 550. Many universities and colleges provide English Language training programs for intending students. Furthermore, there are over 150 private English language training schools throughout the country, which run both short and long-term courses.

Before embarking on the application procedure it is essential to gather as much information as possible about the course of study you are planning to take and the institution you are planning to attend. Once you are thoroughly satisfied with your choices you have made, you will need time to gather the necessary paperwork, arrange accommodation, visa, funding etc. It is advisable to begin the application process at least one year in advance of your proposed arrival in Ireland.

STUDENT VISA PROCESS
International students coming from a state other than the EU should contact the Irish diplomatic mission in their home country. Those who do not have an Irish diplomatic mission in their home country should apply directly for a visa application form, well in advance of their departure, to:

Please select the Irish Diplomatic Representation nearest to you In their application students will be asked to supply the following information:
  1. Valid passport number
  2. Date of issue and expiry of passport
  3. Date, place and mode of arrival in Ireland
  4. Letter from University/College indicating that they have been offered a place in a recognized educational establishment
  5. Letter indicating the source of funding to cover fees and maintenance
  6. Recent passport photographs
  7. Visa application fee.
Standard non-refundable Visa Application Processing Fees are charged at 25.39 for a Single-Journey and 50.78 for Multiple-Journey. Nationals of certain countries are exempt from fees. Check with your nearest Irish Diplomatic Representation for details.

Why Study Macedonian ?

  • Macedonian is a Slavic language. It is the official language of the Republic of Macedonia and is also spoken by Macedonians living outside of the Republic, both in the Balkans and in diaspora communities
  • Macedonian uses the Cyrillic alphabet. Students learning the Macedonian Cyrillic alphabet will find it easy to learn the writing systems of many other Slavic languages.

  • Although Macedonian is spoken by a small number of people, learning Macedonian will provide the student opportunities to read Macedonia's rich folklore, literature, and history.
  • Many students become interested in Macedonian because of the large numbers of Macedonians living in Toronto, because of family ties, or because it is an understudied Slavic language with a grammar quite different from other Slavic languages. New opportunities for employment using Macedonian may arise as Macedonia develops closer ties with the European Union.

Study in Malta

Study visa for Malta

Malta has always packed more into its tiny coastline than any other island. Situated in the very center of the Mediterranean, it boasts an enviable combination of beautiful scenery, frenetic nightlife, rich history and a people noted by St. Paul as "unusually friendly." Malta is a cross between an open air museum and a hedonistic Mediterranean resort and remains one of the safest English speaking countries in the world. As a result, its popularity amongst students and travelers has been growing steadily, but what can one expect from studying or working on this wonderful island?

Studying in Malta

In contrast with the work possibilities, studying in Malta offers a plethora of choice whether you are considering a language course, or undergraduate study. Courses are cheap by comparison with the rest of the EEC, while educational standards are exceptionally high, especially at the University (www.um.edu.mt), which is one of the oldest educational establishments in the world. Learning, European languages or Arabic are the most popular choices, but there are courses available on everything from medicine to traditional lace making and handicrafts. Places at the university are limited, so apply early. Courses are always in English and, with the exception of law, all courses are recognised internationally.

There are almost 60 language schools on the island. There are schools in all the major towns. St. Julian's, the nightlife hub, and Valetta, the UNESCO protected capital city, are the most popular choices. There are also courses available on the smaller island of Gozo, which offers a more rustic, sleepy lifestyle by contrast with the bustle of Malta. Regular ferries connect the two islands. Course quality is generally high, but some smaller schools in isolated villages lack the facilities and the buzz of the larger institutions. It is wise to spend a couple of days assessing schools in person.

English is spoken by the Maltese tutors with a quirky accent. It is based firmly on old fashioned, BBC-style English and learning here offers an alternative to U.S. style courses and pronunciation. For those traveling or studying, visas are usually not necessary if you are from a Commonwealth country, the EEC, the U.S. or Japan. There is a full table of visa exemptions below along with a link to the Maltese government web site for further information.

Working in Malta
Without being unduly negative it is important to stress that finding both legal permission to work and a suitable job is not an easy matter due to the island's size. Since its accession to the European Union it is now possible for any European citizen to live and work on the island. Australian citizens under 30 can also work on Malta for a year as part of the "Working Holiday Visa" program. Unfortunately, for those from other countries it is almost impossible to find the necessary permits as the government tightly controls labor markets. Unless you are lucky enough to be sponsored by a local company or a multinational and can prove that a local person cannot perform your job it is unlikely you will a permit. Exceptions are usually made for high technology projects or for companies who need language work done in non-European languages.

What documents will be required?
Applicants must complete the proper Visa Application Form in triplicate
Applicant's passport - which must be valid for over six months from the commencement date of the planned trip and must also include blank visa pages
Applicant must be in possession of a valid re-entry visa to the next country of destination
Two identical recent passport size photographs of the applicant
Applicants must produce a copy of their round trip travel bookings and confirmation of possession of return ticket

Education in Spain
The importance of education is quite clear. Education is the knowledge of putting one's potentials to maximum use. One can safely say that a human being is not in the proper sense till he is educated.

This importance of education is basically for two reasons. The first is that the training of a human mind is not complete without education. Education makes man a right thinker. It tells man how to think and how to make decision.

The second reason for the importance of education is that only through the attainment of education, man is enabled to receive information from the external world; to acquaint himself with past history and receive all necessary information regarding the present. Without education, man is as though in a closed room and with education he finds himself in a room with all its windows open towards outside world.

Ukraine is situated in the south-eastern part of Central Europe and has its own territory, government, national emblem, flag and anthem. It borders on Russia, Byelorussia, Moldova, Slovakia, Roumania, Hungary and Poland on land and Russia, Georgia, Bulgaria, Roumania and Turkey on sea.

The territory of Ukraine is mostly a level, treeless plain, calls "steppe". There are the Crimean Mountains in the Crimean peninsula and the Carpathians in the west, but they are not very high. Mixed forests of pine and fir-trees,

beeches, limes, oaks and elms cover the mountains, but the thickest woods can still be found in the northern part of the republic, in Volyn. Kiev and Cherkassy lie in the midst of Ukrainian southernmost pine forest. The main Ukrainian river is the Dnieper. It is one of the longest European rivers and one of the republic's main source of hydroelectric power. The Dnieper and its tributary the Ross had been the cradle of the Ukrainian and Russian people in time immemorial.

The climate of the country is moderate. Winter is rather mild, with no severe frosts but with regular snowfalls everywhere except the south. The rivers and lakes freeze in winter. The average winter temperature varies -20 Centigrade in the north to -3-5 in the south. Summer is quite hot and dry, with occasional showers and thunderstorms. The fertile black soil is well watered in spring and autumn and gets plenty of sunshine in summer.

Due to favorable climatic conditions, Ukraine is traditionally an agricultural area. It grows wheat, maize, buckwheat and other corn, red and green vegetables, all kinds of fruit, melons and berries.
